1. Are your products vegetarian?

A: Yes, our products are 100% vegetarian.

2. Soils? Ah! Are those clays?

A: No. We do not use clays in our products. All products are made from herbs of Indian origin.

3. Can you customize my soil or serum?

A: Absolutely. We love to personalize your order for you! 4. How do I use your body soil?

A: Here are the directions to use our body soils:

• Mix soil in milk/rose water in a 1:2 proportion
• Apply the mixture to the body and massage gently to exfoliate
• Shower away with cold to lukewarm water
• Do not use soap, let the nutrients/aroma of the soil stay on your body. If required, use soap prior to soil treatment
• Moisturize face/body with just a few drops of JadiBeauty skin serums
• For best results use daily

5. How do I use your face soil?

A: Here are the directions to use our body soils:

• Mix 1/2 teaspoonful of soil in 2 teaspoonfuls of milk or rose water
• Apply the mixture to the face and massage gently to exfoliate
• Let the pack dry on your face before washing away with cold to lukewarm water
• Do not use soap, let the nutrients and aroma of the soil stay on your skin. If required, use soap prior to soil treatment
• Moisturize your face with 2 drops of JadiBeauty skin serums
• For best results use daily

6. How do I use your skin serum?

A: Here are the directions to use our skin serums:

• Cleanse using JadiBeauty Soils
• Use 1-2 drops of serum after cleansing your face (or any rough skin patch that needs treatment)
• Gently massage the serum into your skin
• Use daily for best results, as a moisturizer, and as an over-night skin applicant

7. How do I use your hair serum?

A: Here are the directions to use our hair serums:

Directions to use as a serum:

• Take 2-3 drops on your palm, depending upon hair length
• Rub across your palms and wipe your palms on your hair lengths
• For best results, use daily

Directions to use as hair oil:

• Apply a generous amount to the scalp and massage it into the scalp, for about a minute
• Leave the serum on for an hour and wash away
• For best results, apply twice a week
• Serum can be left on overnight as well.

Note: Leaving serum/oil on the scalp overnight causes cold in some instances.

8. What do you suggest - mixing soils with milk or rose water?

A: Milk works best on most skin types as a moisturizing agent - avoid it if you have extremely oily skin. Rose Water is known for years for the benefits it has on skin and is definitely a go-to for oily skin types.

9. How long will it take for me to receive the products after I have placed the order?

A: We dispatch your order almost always on the next business day or within 3 calendar days. The shipment reaches you within 2 to 5 days after we have dispatched it with our shipping partners, depending on your location. Our shipping partners do not deliver on Sundays.
